Paid Account Audit

Find out exactly
where your ads are
bleeding money.

I go inside your Google Ads account and tell you — in plain language — what's broken, what's wasted, and what to fix first. You get a recorded walkthrough and a written action plan. In 5–7 days.

$397
One-time · No retainer Applied toward ongoing management if we work together

This audit is for
a specific situation.

Not a fit if you are
  • Spending less than $2K/month on ads
  • Not yet running Google Ads at all
  • Looking for a generic "tips" document
  • Wanting someone to just "run ads" with no oversight
Strong fit if you are
  • Spending $2K–$50K/month and ROAS feels off
  • Unsure if your agency or freelancer is doing the right things
  • Scaling spend but CPA keeps climbing
  • Running PMax with no visibility into what's actually working
Common symptoms
  • ROAS dropped after increasing budget
  • Tracking looks right but conversions feel wrong
  • Can't tell which campaigns are actually profitable
What you walk away with
  • A clear diagnosis — not a list of generic "tips"
  • Prioritized actions by impact, not complexity
  • An operator's honest read — even if it's uncomfortable

Four things.
All signal, no filler.

01

Full Account Diagnostic

I go through your campaign structure, keyword match types, negative keyword gaps, bidding strategy, ad copy quality, and audience signals. Every layer, not just the surface.

Google Ads · Search · Shopping · PMax
02

Conversion Tracking Audit

I check whether GA4 and Google Ads are reporting the same thing, whether your conversion actions are firing correctly, and whether you're actually optimizing toward real revenue — or phantom events.

GA4 · GTM · Enhanced Conversions
03

Recorded Loom Walkthrough (30–45 min)

A screen-recorded walkthrough of everything I found, explained in plain English. No jargon. Shareable with your team or marketing lead. Yours to keep permanently.

Video · Delivered in 5–7 business days
04

Written Action Plan

A prioritized, written list of fixes ranked by expected impact. Not a 40-page PDF that sits in your Downloads folder. A clear, operator-grade action plan you can execute on immediately — with or without me.

Prioritized · Actionable · No fluff

How it works,
step by step.

01

You pay and submit account access

After payment, you'll receive a short intake form. You grant read-only access to your Google Ads account and GA4 property. No logins shared — standard Google access delegation.

Things people ask
before buying.

Do I need to be spending a certain amount for this to be worth it?
The minimum where this makes financial sense is around $2,000/month in ad spend. Below that, the audit fee is a disproportionately large percentage of your budget. Above $2K, a single fix — a wasted keyword category, a broken conversion action, a PMax campaign eating your brand budget — typically recovers the $397 within the first week.
What access do you need to my account?
Read-only access to your Google Ads account and your GA4 property. You add me as a Standard User (read-only) in Google Ads and as a Viewer in GA4. I never need your login credentials, and you can remove access immediately after delivery.
What if I'm currently working with an agency or freelancer?
This audit is actually most useful in that situation. It gives you an independent operator's read on what's actually happening in your account — without your current provider knowing. Many clients use it to decide whether to stay, renegotiate, or switch. I'll tell you honestly if the current setup is solid.
Is the $397 applied toward ongoing management?
Yes. If we work together after the audit, the $397 is credited in full against the first month of management. It's not a discount — it's credited as a deposit. The audit is a legitimate standalone product, not a bait-and-switch for upselling.
What if I disagree with the findings?
Then we talk about it. I'm not delivering a one-size-fits-all template — I'm giving you my operator read based on what I actually see in your account. If you have context I don't, the follow-up call is the right place to work through it. I'd rather you push back and we get to the truth than have you nod along with something that doesn't fit your business.
How is this different from a free audit other agencies offer?
Free audits are sales documents. They're designed to make your account look broken so you hire the agency. This audit is a paid deliverable — my incentive is to give you accurate findings, not to manufacture urgency. The Loom walkthrough and written action plan are usable whether you hire me or not. Most people who've received both know the difference immediately.
